Butcher's Dog will be closed for submissions until late 2018.   

Butcher's Dog is a biannual poetry magazine, founded in the North East of England by a group of poets who each won a Northern Promise Award from New Writing North in 2010 and/or 2011.

Each magazine is a beautiful object created with care and attention, printed on FSC registered paper, saddle-stitched with a colour dust jacket.
